For some patients it is hard to believe that they can have bad/unrestorable/infected teeth taken out and in the same visit have implants placed and be given new teeth. The reason it is hard to believe is that it used to be a time when attaching teeth to the implants was delayed for months. Most of the dentists and surgeons still do that. So, the patient can walk in with bad teeth and walk out or get the new teeth the same day. Not everyone qualifies for this service, but approx. 80% of the patients do qualify for this procedure.
